Need a few more clues than that. 🙂

    • Which version of RoboHelp?
    • Where is the CHM located, locally or network?
    • What does "does not work" mean? You cannot start a search, it does not deliver all results, it does not deliver any results?
    • Has it worked in the past and now does not?

    Hi Peter,

     Please see my below responses:

    • Which version of RoboHelp? 2020
    • Where is the CHM located, locally or network? Locally
    • What does "does not work" mean? You cannot start a search, it does not deliver all results, it does not deliver any results? No search results at all are delivered. "No Topics" is the message we are getting.
    • Has it worked in the past and now does not? To be honest, i'm not sure. This was dropped on me and it was something that was noticed by a customer. When we export the CHM, the default glossary is selected before output generation and in the authoring the glossary has plenty of items.
