Search Function Not Working

I have several users that TRY to use the Search function to find words. However, once they key the search word or phrase, RoboHelp only points them to a specific procedure or the entire manual. Why won't it find the word or phrase? The only way I got RH to find the search word, was to click on the procedures themselves, and press [Ctrl] + to find the word.

    The search was only designed to take the user to the topic. Look on my site and there is a method for highlighting the search word that you can implement.

    Alternatively you can use a different search method. The use of ZoomSearch within RH is also described.

    Use the menu (bottom right) to mark the Best Answer or Highlight particularly useful replies. Found the answer elsewhere? Share it here.
