Search Functionality in Robohelp's Merge Project

Currently, the merge project in the latest version of RoboHelp includes 13 child projects with its parent project. Of the 13 child projects, 12 are comprised of chapters and sections, while the remaining child project is dedicated to forms. The forms have been integrated into the chapters and sections throughout the project. It seems that there is an issue with the search functionality, as it does not allow for searching within each individual project. For instance, when attempting to search for a specific form, such as a 'Bond' form, the search results display everythign containing the word 'Bond' rather than specifically isolating the desired form.

I don't think searching within any one project is possible with merged help projects - it should be acting like any of the other child projects. Have you laid out the Forms project in some different way than the others?

Maybe index the forms and educate users to search there?

People often say latest version but on questioning it turns out not to be. Please be specific.

First please confirm that all projects are part of the merge and appear in the TOC of the parent. I think that is what you are saying but want to be sure.

When you search within a merge, the results will include the search term from all projects/topics in the merge. There is no facility to just search a single project/topic.

Does that address your question or is your question somewhat different?

We are using 2022.05.28 version. Yes that does address my question. We tried to use quotations to try to isolate it. It helps but not as much as we were hoping
