Search is highlighting random things on published help and jumping on selecting a page

I've published a project using the latest release 2020.3.32.  When I use the search, it finds pages fine, but when I then click on the pages the search string is highlighted but also lots of other random things.  It also doesn't open the page at the top it seems to jump to random places as well.  Any help or explanation appreciated.
