Search items highlighted in the Frameless Help results do not match the exact words

Hi,

I am using RoboHelp 2022.6.34, and I am facing an issue with searching.

The search items highlighted in the Frameless Help results do not match the exact words found in the content of the pages.

For example, when I search for the word "client/Client", the highlighted search items in the Frameless Help results do not precisely correspond to the words(upper-case "C" or lower-case "c") found in the content of the pages. Another observation was that this is not the case with all words, but only with a select few.

Please provide me with a solution if you have any.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
