Search results in CHM

While I can see the Search tab in the CHM, I have two issues

1. The List topics does not display anything.

2. When I search for a specific topic, I receive a list of relevant topics for my search, but when I click on it or on the Display button, I do not see anything.

Would appreciate a response.
