Search Results Listed A-Z

I have had Roboengine happily running on my network for about a week. I got to work this morning to do some testing, and found out that all search results from the Roboengine are now listed A-Z. Everything has been successfully indexed, but for some reason the engine does not want to rank them by relevancy anymore. I have a project with close to 1000 topics, and this causes some obvious problems for the end users.

HELP!!!

Just in case you haven't already done this:
Have you checked the RoboEngine Configuration Manager to check the relevancy settings? Since this is on the web server, you may have to get the web admin to do this for you. Also ask the web admin to make sure that Microsoft Index Services are "started", since RoboEngine uses this for indexing.

OK, I adjusted the relevancy from 20% back up to 60% and it works great. :D

I'll just keep bumping it down till I find the lowest rating that will work. Any thoughts on why this happens? I am seriously considering using Zoom Search instead. The Roboengine is just proving to be way to unreliable.
