Question

See Also-format error in FF and Safari

I am using RoboHelp 8.0 and generating a Browser based Air help file. I’ve had problems with lists and bullets but have found a way to make those work between ie and other browsers.  I just can’t find a way to make the “see also” pop up remain tagged to the button in ff and safari (the box jumps to the top of the page). Any thoughts would be appreciated….

I have tested this in FF 3.6.8 and Safari 5.

In FF the dialog stays with the button.

In Safari it does go to the top of the screen as you say. However Safari is not a supported browser except on a MAC. Are you testing the PC version of Safari or the MAC version?
