Service Unavailable

The person in charge of installing RoboHelp Server 7 and getting it going as

a server is having problems.

The error he keeps getting is Service Unavailable.

I wish I could give you more details, but since this isn't really job, thats

all I have for now.

So if you have any more questions or something to try, let me know and I'll find out what

I can.

The one thing I'm fairly positive on, its not a RoboHelp problem. The reason is,

when we go to IIS Manager, a default web site is there. When you click on Browse,

that also gives us a Service Unavailable.

The software is on a Server 2003 sp 2, .Net Framework 2.0 sp2 and sql server 2005

in case that helps.

Thanks

  Doug

Hi Doug,

I'm not sure you'll find much response on this forum, especially as it seems as you say to be an IIS issue. I hope someone comes in here but I'd say the chances are slim. All I could find was this KB article.
