Share multimedia videos between different projects without including copies of videos in each project

Basically each language translation is a different project but the vidoes to be included are same. Each generated project has copies of these videos. Is there a way to refer to these videos froma common location but not include copies in each project. Hyperlinks won't work as we need to show thumbnails in the files.

Hi, you might want to try the Ressource Manager. You find the tab on the far right vertically when using the standard screen layout. It allows you to share common folders and ressources like images, media etc. over all Robohelp projects.
