Shared review document loses CSS formatting and images

When I share a topic for review in RH2020, the review document it creates has no CSS formatting, and all the image links are broken.  Any ideas for resolving this?  I'm a noob here.

I found the solution!  I moved my project files from a network drive to a folder in my C:\ drive, and the review formatting started working right.

I heard elsewhere that it causes various problems when filenames and locations have a period in them, and my network drive was masked with a domain name that had a period in it.  So I tried moving files to C, and this problem cleared up, and everything started working a lot faster.  Woot!

I've double-checked each step against those instructions, and it matches what I've done.  I create the review, select topics, click Share, and set access to Public.

I click the link to see what it looks like, and the document I see has lost all CSS formatting and the image link is broken:

    Any more ideas?
