Sharing RoboHelp Files With My Team

Hello fellow RoboHelp users:

I am the primary technical writer on a large defense financial software project. I just uploaded the latest iteration of RoboHelp (2020). I am the only license holder and I need to figure out a method for sharing RoboHelp files with my team of developers and testers. Do you have any suggestions on how I can do this? I did convert our five projects into MS Word files; however, I don't think reviewing Word files (from a development or test perspective) is the best way to go. Appreciate any help!

Thanks!

See if you think Reviewing would help. RH2020 Project Reviews (grainge.org)

Each reviewer will need an Adobe ID but that costs nothing and they will not need RoboHelp.

Other than that it is PDF or Word using their commenting features.
