Should I upgrade to RH2022?

I recently tried the 30-day free trial of RoboHelp 2022, but was unable to commit enough time to learn the system, which is so completely, drastically different from any RoboHelp version I've worked with. Can anyone tell me if there is any great advantage to switching, or should I leave well enough alone and stay with 2017?

    It all depends on what you want your users to experience. There are two online outputs, responsive and frameless. The latter is where Adobe are focussing development ant it offers more user features and more modern designs, see the RoboHelp Tour Introduction (grainge.org) where I explain its features. Look at the icons top right.

     

    It is also uses strict HTML5 and CSS3 so you can add your own code for anything that isn't built in.

     

    Whilst the new UI seems difficult to navigate at first, that's just a familiarity thing. I now find it much easier and hate going back to Classic versions.
