Show link broken in projects

I am working on RoboHelp Version 2020.5.71, and I have created a Responsive HTML5 Output.  I provided the team the Help Content, and when they click on the Show Link (to open the TOC/Books), it is broken (as the below example):

 

Now, When I look at my Output File Structure, I noticed somehow I have TWO First_Topic.htm files.  One of them is hanging outside of the main Folder Structure of the Help file and the other inside of the Help File main folder hanging out by itself (as in the picture below):

 

 

 

When I go to generate my output, I have the Start Page pointing to the First_Topic.htm (that is hanging outside of the Help File) and not the imbedded one. I tried doing the imbedded one but it doesn't generate the output correctly. 

 

Is there a way to fix the Show Link broken link that I am missing?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

 

I am not sure what I am doing wrong.... should I ask the development team to point to the

    I think you have called your Start Page and Default Topic the same thing, which is a big no-no.

     

    Start Page should typically be index.htm and doesn't exist in your source project (it is created by RH during the generation process). You can call it other things, but discuss with your web server administrator and developers what it should be called, as it affects the help calls and server configuration. However, it must be different from the Default Topic, which is a file in your source project.

    Use Find and Replace on part of the text in the link such as Halliburton to find the topic with that link if the broken link report doesn't help.

    There is a report for broken links but your image shows that in your project you have an absolute link to the topic. I'm guessing that instead of linking to the file as a project file you have a link created using Local Files.
