I'm following up on someone else's work, and that's part of the problem with this question.

When I preview the skin attached to this project in the Skin Editor, I see a company logo in between the Glossary button and the Search text box. The name of the logo is in the Main box on the Toolbar tab.

However, when I Generate I do not see that logo. What am I missing?

It was a button that I didn't have checked to appear.

I had the same issue just today. I found that I needed to modify the properties in the Web Help Layout (on the WebHelp - Navigation screen) in order to get the "About" button to appear.

I'm extremely new to RoboHelp in any form, and I feel very lucky to have found the answer to my issue. Does anyone know why the layout overrides the skin for that one "button"? It seems very illogical to me.

This may seem like an abvious question but have you checked you are looking in the correct location? If you are, is the logo image present?
