Slow Printing

I am experiencing extremely slow printing of pdfs in Acrobat Reader DC. I print from an HP Office Jet 8610 and I did not have this problem printing from XI Pro or Reader. I see that there are many complaints regarding this issue. Have there been any solutions?

Is this a document that has been generated by Adobe's RoboHelp app? If not, you are asking in the wrong place and need to be in a forum for Acrobat Reader issues such as Acrobat Reader.
