Snippets and Baggage Files

Hello all,

What could possibly be the reason for RH9 adding HTT and HTS files to rhbag.apj? This isn't making sense to me. If my template (HTT) files needed to be baggage files, wouldn't RH9 have done that when I originally converted my project from RH7 to RH9? RH9 didn't add my template files as baggage files until recently. When I open rhbag.apj, I see the following additional code, but this file used to only contain references to my 8 PDF files. Thanks in advance for any insight into this.
