Some TOC Links will not open page after generation.Robohelp8 Webhelp

Question

After generating WebHelp, the help system launches properly, but when I click on some (about &#128526; of the 30 links in the TOC, these pages will not load. The browser hourglasses but never returns an error. IE7 There is no unusual content or tech involved. I've tried FalshHelp with the same results.

Hi thereWhen you generate your WebHelp, are you enabling the option for lower case file names? If not, perhaps try that as it may correct an issue that appears on some servers.Cheers...
