Sort Glossary/Index in Robohelp 2017

Hi Team,

I want to know what was the rule for sorting Glossary/Index in Robohelp 2017, especially for Chinese, Japanese or other Asian languages. From what I can see it was by sorting by English words first, then Chinese or Japanese words.

And is anyway we can change the sorting rule in Robohelp?

Also can we change the order of some words if we want manually?

Thank you!

Not as far as I'm aware, but it's also not something I've tried.

You could see if Adobe can provide more information about the sort order for non-English languages. Use the email address on this page as it goes to dedicated Robohelp staff.  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp

I don't think I've seen any discussion of non-english sort order for the index. Searching on the forum, I could only find one post which was asking why WebHelp displayed in a different order from the CHM output, but there was no resolution.

I don't believe there's any way of changing it.

Thanks for your reply, I also don't find any discussion of sort oder for index/glossary.
So you mean there is no way that we can change the order rule or order of some words in Robohelp?
