<span> tags

RoboHELP seems particularly fond of inserting <span> tags when importing documents. But we're not, especially since RoboHELP often inserts them for no apparent (or good) reason. Is there any way to get rid of these tags short of creating some fancy macro?

    What is your RH version and flavour? Also, what kind of documents are you importing?

    When does RoboHelp incorrectly insert span tags? Every place you have inline formatting in your source and every place that has any kind of style override should result in span tags.
