Start page content is not loading in IE 11 or Chrome - RH11

We upgraded to RH11 specifically to fix the known IE11 issue that we had while we were running RH9.  When I installed the software, I applied all available patches, now at 11.0.2.240.  But when I try to generate a WebHelp project, in the output the TOC loads, search bar loads, but the main content of the start page does not load.  Very similar to the old IE11 issue.  Happens both on files local to this virtual machine and when they are loaded to the intenet.  My operating system in Windows 7 (also up to date).

Anyone have any suggestions??

Correct answer MrsVJW

It will likely be the same result but I do want to test with a known project.

Ah ha.

Worked fine with a sample project.

Took a closer look at my files... the actual start page is a legacy file that has been thru several versions of RoboHelp, and at one point it somehow must have gotten some of the RH javascript calls in there - took the javascript out of the file, rebuilt, and everything is working again.

Does this only occur with IE11 or also with other browsers?

Does it occur with the sample projects? Click Open on the RoboHelp Starter page and then click Samples in the ribbon on the left.

It is also happening in Chrome.  And I do have it happening with multiple projects - all older RH9 projects that I am now opening in RH11.
