Stuck when generating output

Question

Hi All,

Everytime I need to generate this particular document, it always stuck in this process (1) for more than 20 minutes. I tried restarting, regenerate, it always stucks.

PS:

1) This only happens with one document.

2) My coworker generate sucessfully this one document using different adobe.

3) Other documents are generated sucessfully.

I'm using this version of robohelp

Are you just generating or publishing too? It appears that you're publishing (I think); maybe try just generating to see if that goes through ok. If it does, then have a look at your publishing parameters - maybe there's something wrong in there. If it doesn't, then it's time to have a look at your project - there's probably something in there that's causing it to stall out.
