Question

Subscription Price Increase

Can anyone tell me why the subscription price for my RoboHelp subscription is going up $10/month?

That's for my personal subscription, and I think $10/month is too much of an increase.

Thank you,

Cindy

The supporters here are users like you. If you want to take issue with the increase, that is something you would have to take up with Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

It may help you feel the price is reasonable if you look at what Flare costs. The last time I looked it was about twice as much.

I read through the email more and also the information on the web, so I guess I have a better understanding.

Still, for an individual (IOW, not a business), this is a big increase.
