Table and Figure captions and autonumbering

Is there a style for a caption that will automatically number table and figure captions, and have them automatically number sequentially in my printed Word doc?

I want to caption each table and figure with a chapter number and table/figure number. I know that within a topic, I will always have Table 1. But in my generated Word doc, I want the captions and figures to be sequentially numbered. I have Caption set up in my Word template to do this, but it isn't picking up the autonumbering. Every table and figure captions is numbered 1.

I am using RoboHelp 8, if that matters.
