Test Responsive HTML5 layouts on a phone and tablet

I want to test the Responsive HTML5 layouts on a phone and tablet. We do not support SharePoint. I have uploaded the Responsive_HTML5 folder contents to a Google Drive and DropBox, but I can't get the project to launch. Other ideas?

Are you trying to open the help using the Dropbox app on the phone? You need to put the help on web server or create an app. There are instructions on my site for the latter.
