The parameter is incorrect error

I'm working in RH6. I tried to delete a topic today and got the popup saying 'the parameter is incorrect.' I have not gotten this before today and had no issues with this project. We are using RoboSource 3. I also get this message when I try to view Properties of a topic. When I clear the message I can see the Properties. I also do not see my template applied in Properties even though my manager, who is the Admin, does see it. Any ideas?

    Thanks, Peter! That error also prevented me from generating anything to Printed Documentation. The snippet info was just what I needed. I deleted the PSS and reopened and all is okay.
