Question

The TOC topic when cliclked on left pane, doesn't display the content on the right pane.

Hello All,

I have created three topics with sub topics in my TOC as shown below, but when i am clicking on the 3rd Book named as Third Party licenses then on the right pane no content specific to that topic is displayed on the page. The right side page shows only some drop down links and no content.

The image for the same is shown below.

Please help to resolve the issue.

Hi thers,

i have done the same but still the same issue.

Also, i have tried troubleshooting the same as mentioned in these scenarios:

1. I first de-linked the Page with the specific topic in TOC and linked other topic of TOC with that page, but still the same issue, this means there are issues in page itself, but i don't know how to resolve it.

2. i also created a new topic and project and tried to copy the previous project data but still the same issue persists.

What application was used to create this page? I ask, because there is a lot of code in the page that is likely the culprit with this. Code that RoboHelp would not have added.

It could very well be that you need to re-create this topic using RoboHelp and some careful copying and pasting.
