Tip: Generating is stuck on Indexing references

If you have just upgraded your project and you can't get it to generate for a first time, check that the Default Topic field in your output preset has the correct topic selected and does not say "First_Topic.htm".

I'm doing some tests upgrading old Multiscreen HTML5 projects, and the Default Topic does not transfer across, instead changing to the default file for a brand new blank project.
