Tip of the Day

Does anyone know if there is a way in Robohelp that I can create a tip of the day each time a user opens my help file, much like the way Robohelp opens its tip of the day?

I know this feature can be annoying and most people turn it off, but i wanted to use it as a method of alerting users to changes I've made in the help file. My plan is to turn it off after a while and then create a different alert when the help changes again
