Titles are the file names -- but not every topic

Why are some of my topic titles the name of thefile, instead of the title:

 

In the above example, HIPAA walkthroughs is fine, but HIPAA scripts is the file name. The properties clearly shows the title is HIPAA scripts.

By the way -- this morning everything was fine, I re-opened my project this afternoon, and noticed the chagnes in the topic titles. I didn't change anything in the titles.

    That is what I mean. I have no idea why. 

     

    You can report it as a bug. Please follow this link to report bugs or request new features. https://tracker.adobe.com. Post the link to your bug report / feature request in this thread and others can vote for it. The more people who do so, the higher it gets prioritised.

    Actually, if I open properties, and click on apply wihtout changing anything, the file name displays. thank you for your help!

    I have seen this. Make a small change in Properties and save it. That should fix it. Then reverse the change.

    Yes, I've been searching on your site.  

    Do you mean that I can make any change in the topic's property panel (the one above) and save it, then when it reverses the topic title, then I can go back into the properties and undo the change?

     

    But why does this do this? It seems so unstable at times.
