TOC is blank after generating the webhelp output in robohelp 2019 version

Hi,

2009 robohelp files we have opened in 2019 and published a webhelp output and we got a toc error.

we are not getting the TOC, as it is blank after generating the webhelp output from 2019 version of robohelp.

can you tell me what could be the issue

First backup your existing project.

Then open 2019 Classic and browse to the XPJ file of your existing project.

Use the menu (bottom right) to mark the Best Answer or Highlight particularly useful replies. Found the answer elsewhere? Share it here.

What do you mean by 2009 files? Based on your other post, are you trying to upgrade from RoboHelp 9?

Are you trying to upgrade to 2019 Classic or 2019 New UI? If the latter, try to upgrade from RoboHelp 9 to 2019 Classic first.
