TOC taking text from other projects

Very odd.

I am working on converting Frame docs to help projects for our translated languages.  Started with German, worked as expected.  Moved on to the Australian version.  And the topic that should be "Using the Application" instead comes up as "Anwendungsgrundlagen" - the German version of the topic, and somehow the German version is in this project rather than AU.  I have checked and all is fine with the AU version of the book, it bring up the AU content.  I cannot tell where RoboHelp is getting the German information from, that is another project and this one should not know anything about it.

It does look like the Framemaker Console is throwing out an error for "FV_FilterFailed" when trying to convert the file, but I can't find anything that tells me what that error really means.

Anyone else ever have a similar issue?
