Topic properties slow to open

I right-click on a topic heading in the word document.
I select "Properties".
After about 7 seconds I finally get the topic Properties dialog.
Is it normal for it to be this slow?
Is there anything I can do, or do differently to speed this up?

(Word 2007, Robohelp 7.02.0001)

Regrettably it is quite normal. I have seen several reports of it and whilst I don't use RH for Word, I see the same on a fast machine.

Nothing I can suggest to improve things.

Use the menu (bottom right) to mark the Best Answer or Highlight particularly useful replies. Found the answer elsewhere? Share it here.
