TOPICS LIST Disappeared

Using Robohelp 2019 and for some reason, can't view the TOPICS LIST.   I go to the PODS, and can open the project manager, or table of contents, but nothting happens when I click on the topics.    Have exited the program and restarted computer- problem persists.    I was able to import a new file and add it to my project and table of contents, so I know all the Topics are still there (thank God), but the TOPICS LIST has disappeared?   Any tips for someone who is clearly a novice with the program-- HELP!!

Okay, so that sounds like you only have one problem which is not being able to see the Topic List.

In that case, try resetting your workspace using the dropdown in the top right of the application title bar. Select Load and select your workspace file.

Let us know how that goes.

It sounds like you have two problems?

    1. You can't see the Topic List pod at all

    2. You can't select topics in the Project Manager pod (or any other pod)? Or do you mean you can select them but not open them?

If you only have a problem with not seeing the Topic List pod, I might have a solution. But if you have the other issues, then I think there is a bigger problem, but not sure what.

Confirm which issues you have and we'll go from there.

thank you very much for the quick response.   when i click on the pods icon, all the options are there (including topics).    they all seem to open except the topics.    now, having said that when i got home i logged in to the computer remotely and i was able to open and see the topics list, so they are all there.    not sure if maybe the pop up blocker or something on the work conputer, bit i am relieved to know i can access it remotely and see i haven't lost anything.     seems like it might have something to do with the office computer.       thanks again for your response-- i'm going to investigate a little further.
