I am following the instructions from Peter's page (https://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/rh_tour/rh2020/authoring/translations.htm) for translations and have run into a roadblock. When I select the language and and the translation project location then click DONE, it does nothing. It won't advance and go to the next step. Literally does nothing.

These files will be sent to our company translation group as XLIFF files.

Does the dialog remain and if not does nothing appear in the Translation panel?

From the Help menu, what version are you on?
