Trouble installing version control software

I'm working on a RoboHelp 2017 project, and want to add my project to a version control system. However, the recommended PushOK software leads me to a dead end. My company uses SVN Tortoise, but RoboHelp points me to a PushOK add-on.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know the fate of PushOK?
