Trying to change project title so that it appears on Web Tab headings

I have a help project (RoboHelp 2017) and I want to change the heading at the top of each tab in the browser. I've changed the project name, tried a number of different things, and after generating the HTML WebHelp project, the old tab headings still display.

If you double-click the WebHelp output in the Outputs(SSL) pod, you should see this dialog. I believe it should be as simple as changing the text in the field I've outlined.
