Trying to figure out how to publish to confluence

Posting this as an image from same question asked on Confluence forum. Latest version of RoboHelp involved. Apparently too much to ask the forum to provide image zoom. Open image in new tab and zoom. Sigh….

I think you’re going about it the wrong way - RH isn’t an app to be approved for Atlassian development - you set up the Confluence space where RH will publish the output first, then hook up the Publish Profile to point to that space with your credentials.
If you’re still having issues, then maybe you would find a better response going to the RH folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Thanks - but I’m still not understanding.

I have a personal space on my company atlassian site. There is no obvious way to “hook up the Publish Profile to point to that space”. If you go into the Publish Profile and click Oauth - there is no setting to direct Robohelp to that space URL.

If I go to Atlassian and create a private Oauth app, you can set create a RoboHelp app, assign it various permissions, and configure various authorization settings - but there is no way to link that Oauth app (I’m assuming via an “Application Link”) to my space (perhaps because it is a “private” app in Atlassian).

@Jeff_Coatsworth Looking at the Confluence Publish Profile, I’m not sure what the “Use OAuth” flag will do for you (other than notice that it says it only works with accounts on Confluence Cloud) - you seem to just need fill in the site URL where you want the output sent, your Confluence User ID and the API key associated with that site and then Login to establish the connection.
    See https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/using/publish-to-confluence-knowledge-base.html

There’s not a lot of users sending stuff to Confluence on the forums, so I suspect you’re going to need to talk to the RH folks.
