Unable to generate Microhelp

I am new to RoboHelp. I am evaluating RoboHelp 2019 to generate micro content, as in field level help (tooltips and error messages).
I am using the trial version as of now. I've followed the steps given in the online help of RoboHelp, but I am unable to figure out the flow of creating and generating microhelp.

I am unable to view my output, only title appears in the output, I don't see the text which I have written.

Could someone help me as to what I am missing here?

A small video would help.
