Unable to generate PDF or Word output with RH 2019 Classic

Hello... I am not able to generate a Word or PDF output. It takes so much time to generate even a small project of 15 pages. Sometimes, it generates incomplete output or RH crush.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

The topic at https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp/Print/Printed_Output.htm describes PDFs from Classic. See if anything there helps.

Until you can get something to generate, avoid expressions in the output in case they or the tags are the issue.

Make sure you are generating to the same drive as the project. The sample projects are known quantities so get About RoboHelp working first. Tell us what happens when you try with that after reading the above.

Hello... I tried, but nothing happened. I even created a demo project, but I was facing the same problem.

I am using multiple Conditional Tags in the same project and different expressions.

I'm pretty sure that was the last version of RH2019 (patch 14 seems to ring a bell). You couldn't get any output from the sample project? (It should be in your My Documents\My RoboHelp Projects folder - if it's not, then copy the one from the C:\program files\... factory location into your My Docs\My RH Projects folder).

Hello... Sorry for the delay in response. I am using the following patch version of RoboHelp 2019 Classic.

Again, I tried to generate the Printed document. I am using multiple Conditional Tags in the same project and different expressions.
