Unable to import the .hhk file

Hi there!

So I'm having trouble getting the TOC to appear in my RH11 project. I talked to Adobe Support and they suggested I delete the xpj and cpd files. I did, and then I opened up the project via the hhp file. Support asked me to create a new TOC and select the Copy existing TOC checkbox. When I try to browse to the hhk file, it does not appear within the Project folder. However, when I view the project files via an Explorer window, the hhk file is there. Can someone tell me why that is? I can't seem to get any movement on my issue with the TOC.
