Unable to publish to Robohelp server 11

Hi Team, 

I'am facing an issue here, after generating projet on RH 2020, i tried to publish it to my RH Server 11 but no chance ! 

 

I have this message on my RH11 server after the publication : No default project has been defined

Communication between client and server is OK, 

Do i have to do something on the apache tomcat ? 

 

I spent 2hours yeterday with adobe support but no chance to fix it.

 

In the publication logs i have this :

    Not a tremendous number of forum participants versed in RH Server (other than the great @johndaigle ) - I'd ping the RH folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

    Hi, 

    Publication is working fine now, locally and from deported win10 client.

    The issue was comming from the tomcat service that was not running through localsystem or by using a useraccount with sufficient access rights on the publication folder and/or program file folder.

    Is this new or it's just started happening? Have you tried generating locally & copying the output manually to the webserver?

    Hi, 

    It's new, it's a new infra with robohelp server 2019, and win10 client with robohelp 2020. 

    Yes, we are able to generate locally, but when publishing we are facing some issues, i am trying to know what;s happeing actually. Is there any logs to check ?
