Unable to publish WebHelp

Hi,
This could be either a RoboHelp or VSS issue, I am not sure.
When we try to publish a WebHelp project, the following error message displays and the publishing is stopped:

Publishing has been cancelled. Access is denied.

Other projects in the same VSS database don't have the same problem.

Can anyone explain/help with this error message please?
