Unable to Search within Robohelp2020

Hello,

Is anyone having trouble performing a search within your  published work? We published with Robohelp 2020 last week and everything seemed fine. It was brought to our attention that when using the search option at the top of the page (see attached image) , the results do not show or take a long time to display. I've confirmed we are on the most up to date version of RH2020 and we are using Google Chrome. Is there anything else I should be looking into?

Test with FireFox? Test with the sample project?

Which skin are you using. Also, please confirm the full version number so we can confirm you do have the latest, as there was a bug in the initial RH2020 release that prevented updates from working from the help menu.

@Amebr I am using Responsive HTML5, a custom skin we've used in past versions of Robohelp, and the release number is 2020.8.34

You might want to try generating the output with a standard (non-customized) skin to see if search works. I found that some tweaks I made to one of the supplied skins broke search, so I had to revert those changes.
