Unable to update RH2020 to update 6

Hi,

I am currently using RH 2020.5.71. I am unable to ubdate the version to the latest Update 6. While installing the update, I get the following error:

There aren't any other logged in users and I didn't have any unsaved work.

Then either you don't have a connection or your firewall is blocking it. Are you in a corporate environment? If so your IT people will need to help you.

I don't think you need admin rights to install an update but I'm not 100% sure of that. In case they are needed, you would need to get an IT admin to install the update.

It is not an error, it is just telling you to close RoboHelp. The update will then proceed.
