Unable to update Robohelp2019

Hello,

I'm using RH 2019.0.12 version.

When I try to update RH with the version 2019.0.14, the Robohelp Updater crashes (screenshot). Does anyone have a solution?

If you're running it as an admin & have admin rights to your drive, and it still crashes, I'd suggest a chat with the RH folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your support contact options.

I'd try downloading it directly & running it as an admin. See https://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html

Hi Jeff,

Same problem for both methods.

By clicking on Set-up.exe, the system redirects me to the Robohelp Updater then crashes.
