Unable to upgrade

I have RoboHelp Version 2020.7.46. When I try to upgrade using the Help menu, I get the following message:

"Adobe Updater
Updates have been disabled for this machine. Please contact your administrator."

I am the Administrator of my computer. (Checked with IT, just to make sure.) How do I upgrade?

I believe you're on the latest version of RH.

I think the RH updater leverages Creative Cloud for updates and that might be centrally managed for your organisation. Something else to check on your side at least.
