Unable to upgrade a project into Rh 2019 update 7 or 8

Anyone having success upgrading into release 7 or 8?

I've done this in earlier updates, but it's not working now, even on a simple project.

Or, more accurately, it says it is converted, then hangs up trying to open the converted project.

I've tried restarting Rh, but it still hangs while reading files.

There's a known issue with Update 8 and there's a link to Adobe's fix at RoboHelp 2019 on my site.

That was limited to Update 8 though. I am not aware of it being a general issue with Update 7.

Thanks Peter, I was able to use a beta of Update 9 to open the files.
