Question
Unable to upgrade to X5.0.2
I am currently using Robohelp for Word v5.0.1 Build 606. I
have downloaded rho13_x502.zip to upgrade to 5.0.2 but when I unzip
the file it creates a strange folder structure "\Documents and
Settings\ataylor\My Documents\sites\download\robohelp" and when I
run the RHO13_X502.exe file it fails when it gets to the point of
copying new files with the following error message:
Unable to locate file C:\DOCUME~1\tonyc\LOCALS~1\Temp\_is85\Robohelp Office X5.0.2 Update.msi
I have contacted Technical Support but they have told me that it works fine when they run it. I cannot understand why any download would create such a strange folder structure when unzipped and I have never experienced anything like this when I have downloaded upgrades for any other product.
