Unable to view pop-up text

Hello,

I am using RoboHelp Office X5. I am generating a CHM output for my project. I have included pop-up messages in my help file. But while testing this I get an error message that Java Script is not enabled on my browser. Due to this reason I am unable to view the pop-up text. I am using Internet Explorer 6.0 version. What could be the reason?

Thank you for any response.

    Hi Captiv8r,

Thank you for your prompt response. I went through the web page that you had provided.

However, in my case the Information bar is not displayed. I can only see the error message "Java Script error" on the status bar of Internet Explorer.

We tried reinstalling the Windows Operating System but it did not resolve the problem.

    Thank you.

I am using RoboHelp 7, and publishing web help. I am having the same issue where none of my pop ups are working. It works fine when I generate and view the file myself, but once attached to the web app, the links do not work. I get the Error on page at the bottom of the page when trying to click on the pop up text. Can anyone help with this?? Thank you!!
